I found out about them from a AnY blog on tumblr called yona-chan. She posted a link and she said the site was reliable and legit so I checked it out. Yona was the first manga I had ever read so I didn't know at the time just how much time and effort and people went into scanlations. Since then I have learned a lot about the world of scanlating and when I read mangas now I try to find the original scanlation site if there is one.

It was a recommendation from a manga I was currently reading, the type with the same genre, story line.

A lot of people followed this manga on batoto where I was able to see Titania was doing the scanning, and it also got an anime.

My friend pestered me into reading and watching Yona, and since I refuse to read manga anywhere except on the scanlator's site, I found myself here~

Actually I discovered the group before discovering AnY. That is when I read ARISA. I really loved that manga. After that I found out they scan AnY and decided to register to the forums after the license problem.

I honestly can't remember after all this time. Although I only just joined the forum, I've read and appreciated a bunch of their works in the past. Of course the latest of which is Akatsuki no Yona.
I probably first heard about it from a friend of mine, though, who has always been big on Shoujo manga. She tends to link me everything under the sun, so I'm going to assume that it was probably through her, somehow!

I came across Arisa a while before AkaYona was famous, and really liked Titania's pretty editing and easy translations. Thought that I'd read another series by these scanlators since they'd do a nice job, and then got introduced to AkaYona (I think I started reading AkaYona when it had 12 scanlated chapters)
