My native language is German, I learned English at school (and I'm still learning more by reading and watching movies :D ) and also had French lessons for a couple of years. I'd love to learn japanese, but I don't really have enough time

I'm bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese, however, I can't write or read Chinese that well lol. I've learned French for many years so I think I'm somewhat fluent in that as well.....just a bit :P

Well.. if Low German counts as a language than - together with english - three. B) But I know some french words too. Baguette, Portemonnai, le garçon, la rue. So if I'm looking for a Boy with a Baguette on a Street in France - I'm pretty fine!
I don't have a solution but I admire the problem

I can speak English and French fluently. I also have a limited understanding of Spanish, and know a single phrase in Cantonese.

English, Filipino (Tagalog), Hokkien Chinese, Mandarin Chinese (which I've mostly forgotten due to disuse. I do want to relearn it.)

As for my Japanese, I can understand spoken language, but I cannot read a single word / kana. When I come across some written Japanese, I translate it to romaji before I can understand. Then I reply accordingly in romaji, translate it to written Japanese and send off my response, hoping that the handful of auto-generated kanji I used is correct.

I only know a few Korean phrases from watching dramas and listening to K-pop. (I've mostly outgrown that now.)

I speak English fluently, and Mandarin only so-so. My parents are from Taiwan, but I was born in America. I'm considered an ABC, "Asian Born American", so while my Chinese is better than most it is still only considered proficient by Taiwan standards.

I apparently have a heavy American accent too, hehe. I have never gotten the chance to visit, but I'm hoping to when I graduate. I've always been interested in Korean or Japanese, but I haven't learned.

I took French for four years in high school, but I only remember basic phrases. Off the top of the top of my head is: Je m'appelle Vee et j'adore lire.

My name is Vee, and I love to read.
