The last movie I watched in theaters was Avengers 2. I was...displeased with what they did with Black Widow. I really like the idea of a cold and calculating Black Widow, so the story line they were pushing just made me unhappy. Besides that gripe, the movie was alright. Captain America 2 is definitely my favorite Marvel movie so far though. I can't wait for Capt. America 3 though. :)

The Assassin at the International Film Fest - It was an interesting movie, I'm not sure I'd say I really like it but I didn't hate it.

I think it was a matter of style overpowering the story - the director is known for letting the silence speak but he took it a bit far and the viewer was left trying to extrapolate the why's and wherefore's. Shots were held for a long time and very wide - it felt like he was trying to stamp it 'this is made by me' rather than actually tell the story

Mad Max: Fury Road

Action scenes were directed very well and that's what you watch it for, but I had a bad taste in my mouth after watching because there was no story (the story took a back seat/was lacking a lot).

Last movie I went to see was The Martian, with Matt Damon

Very beautiful landscapes, but the movie was missing a bit of twists. I mean, you could easily see them coming, so not muich surprise there, at least for me...

Last movie I watched was a Swedish one called 'A wonderful fucking Christmas', since we don't censor stuff they just left it at that. Had our most famous comedian play the role of a bitter middle aged guy, pretty cool actually!

Crimson Peak. It was okay, kinda predictable. The special effects were nice and creepy though.

Mine too. Oddly enough, I almodst didn't think of those, since the movie looks more like four episodes glued together.

Before that, CSI Immortality (the end of an era... not that far of the truth. I don't think I will ever enjoy a non-fantasy work like I did with CSI. Glad for the Sara/Grisson final too! I really wanted to see that, so glad its official)

I saw Iron Man 3 yesterday.... thoughts.... well it was typical Iron Man I guess, I just watch those once, to know what happened, it's supposedly connected to other Marvel movies, but I didn't see all of them yet (they're not often in TV....). I do own X-Men on DVD tho, since that's the Marvel comic I like most ^^. Tho I think I miss 1 or 2 of them got 3 X-men movies + Wolverine....
As for the Iron Man 3, it was ok, nice effects, not boring plot and lots of action, even some humour ^^. This guy and Thor are repeated in TV often, I wish the other Marvel movies would be too ;x.

I just re-watched an old movie, The Quiet Man, starring John Wayne & Maureen O'Hara.
A little dated by the dating/ courtship rules, but there is a lot of bare-knuckle fighting as well.
I've loved it ever since my then future mother-in-law had me sit and watch it with her when I was 17.

The last movie I saw was The Man from U.N.C.L.E. because I was curious and needed something to watch at the time.

Was not disappointed. Armie Hammer KILLED it and the cast was gorgeous. My only criticism is with the ending and title.

the latest James Bond movie, Spectre.
it was fun, although I'm not really following all the movies so I didn't catch references to previous movies very well. still, I enjoyed it.

The last one I saw in theatre was an anime actually. It was called the Anthem of the Heart (Beautiful Word, Beautiful World). The producers of the film are the same ones who produced Anohana: The Flower We Saw That Day.

The story was about a young girl who "lost" her voice after the breakup of her family (divorce) until high school, when she was forced to join this community event committee, where she discovered she could "speak" by singing. It's a story about her, and also her classmates and their unspoken things that they wanted to say but couldn't.

It was quite nice. Most of the songs were old English musical classics remixed and with Japanese lyrics added. Quite refreshing and cute. Has lots of heart too.

My last movies is polish 'Bogowie' ('Gods') - dramatic film based on the life and career of Polish cardiac surgeon Zbigniew Religa, who performed the first successful heart transplant in Poland in 1985. it was like good thriller.

I plan to watch 'The Theory of Everything' (about Stephen Hawking) and 'Edge of Tomorrow'... Probably after New Year... I hope so...

Oh, and lately I watched few times 'Tangles' and 'Frozen'. They're great! :D
